 | How we check the Lettuce
Each lettuce head is broken down into individual leaves.
Each leaf is then checked by our Manchester Beth Din Shomer, for bugs grubs and creepy crawlies! If it is found to be infested it is disposed of.
Each leaf is then washed in water and rinsed.
