Delivery Details
We will deliver direct to your door, either with our own vans that are going to parts of the UK now or through our specially appointed couriers.

Please note all goods can be delivered on our vans as they have a freezer and a fridge.

Please put your required time slot in the additional information on the check-out page.

Late Night delivery (Manchester only) Thursdays, please book early as we only have a 2 hour slot at the moment between 5 and 7pm.

Please note deliveries to Leeds is now on a Tuesday

The cost for delivery in our vans is £5 for orders under £75 when the delivery address is in a 5 mile radius of a synagogue in the city. (Outside of this area will be £10)

Orders delivered in our vans over £75 are free delivery when the delivery address is in a 5 mile radius of a synagogue in the city. (Outside of this area will be £5)

We are no longer delivering to Glasgow on a regular basis in our van, so you can choose any day you like for delivery now.

Nationwide couriered deliveries

If you don't fall into the catchment areas don't panic!

Next day delivery before 5pm,

Please place orders before 12 noon so that we can organise the couriers to collect from us in the afternoon!

We can deliver most of the goods to you for a fee of £10 which covers the cost of the courier and special packaging.

Please note the Minmum amount of chilled goods that we can send out is £20, this is due to the costs of the insulated boxes. If you order less than £20 of chilled products we will have to add £5 to the order to cover the costs

This service is only available to the UK mainland and excludes the highlands of Scotland. We can deliver to the highlands but the costs are different, please enquire as to the costs if you are interested

Please be aware that if you order goods for a Friday delivery with the courier, that it may arrive after Shabbat comes in. We can not take responsibility for this, if this is an issue please order a delivery for an earlier day.

We have done extensive tests on the system that we use and are happy to send refrigerated products out to you, in the knowledge that they will arrive in tip top condition. (My Mum and a few friends have had a load of meat deliveries over the last few weeks to test the system!) The only products that we can not deliver are frozen ones as we can't guarantee the condition that they may arrive in.

The term "Next day delivery" means that it will arrive the day after we send it out, not necessarily the day after you put the order in. The delivery charge is for the delivery of the goods not for the processing of it.

We can offer this service to you if you don't want to hang around waiting for your delivery but it does cost a little extra, for the before noon service it will cost you £15.

These prices are for everything though, so the more you spend the less the delivery actually costs!

Deliveries to Ireland news:
Sorry to have to tell you but the deliveries to the Emerald Isle, both North and South have had to be suspended while I look for a courier who is capable of getting the goods to you at a sensible price.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but it is beyond our control.

Orders for Collection:
If you are able to get in to the shop, you can place your order and we will get it together for you so that it is ready to collect when you come in. Just tell us in further information on the order, that you are collecting the goods and when you are coming in. Please give us a minimum of 4-5 hours to collate your order, longer if possible.

Accepting your order:
If you place an order, it is YOUR responsibility to be in to receive it. We can not accept responsibility for any goods that are not up to standard if they have not been signed for and taken into your home.

If you think that you may be out, please leave instructions as to where the orders can be left (i.e porch, shed etc)

We reserve the right to exchange any product for a similar alternative if we are out of stock, please specify during the checkout process if you do not want us to substitute.

A minimum order of £20.00 (on food) is required if purchasing refrigerated or frozen items for courier service, this is due to the cost of the specialist packaging to send them in.

Payment Details:
Please note that no goods will be sent out unless they are paid for! If there is a problem with the payment we will endevour to speak with you before the goods should be shipped so as to rectify the problem. If however we can not get in touch we reserve the right not to send the goods out.
