|Can I Save my order so that I can have a repeat order?|
THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE PAYING FOR THE ORDER!
Yes. Thats the simple answer! The way to do it is when you are happy with your order, view the shopping cart. At the bottom of the cart you can see 4 options, one of them is a save option. Click on save and your whole list is saved.
The next time you come shopping (the week later!) go straight into products, click on view cart and click on the retrieve button. This brings back your last order. From there you can adjust the order by adding more goods (and taking some off if you must!)
|Is the Site Secure?|
Yes. The payments page is 100% secure, it has 128 bit encryption, and your details are not viewable on any other computer.

|Do You Deliver to London?|
At the moment we deliver to London through our courier system. HOWEVER, if we receive enough orders from London we will send them on one of our split vans. To make it worth while we would need between 25 and 30 orders minimum and they would all have to be in closeish proximity to each other. If you need any more information please get in touch and we will do our best to answer you
|How do you deliver the goods?|
We either use our vans or a courier service where the goods are sent in insulated boxes. If you go to the delivery details page it is explained in more details there.
All of the packages must be signed for and therefore it is your responsibility for somebody to be at the address in order to accept delivery. There is an option however to write in specific delivery instructions (such as explaining a safe place to leave the goods should nobody be in). WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS. If this is the case then the courier driver will be informed of the relevant information.
If you want your chickens cut up, or something that we do cut or prepared in a certain way, just order the product and when you go through to the check out pages, under general information you will see an option of "SPECIAL REQUESTS OR ADDITIONAL INFO" put your requests in this box and we will do our best to fulfil them
|I can't find a product|
If this happens, it is either because Richard has forgotten to put it on the site or we don't currentley stock it. All you need to do is put your request into the "DAY & TIME OF DELIVERY BOX" (Second box down)in the check out pages. And we will do our best to get you that product, or Richard will put it on the site.
|Can I Order and Collect my Goods so That I can still come in and see you|
Of course you can! We would love to see you in the shop if you can make it.
All you have to do is place your order as normal, then in the delivery section under Manchester there is a collect option. Just let us know the day and rough time that you will be in and the order will be ready for you

Sometimes your computer will need a Java download so that you can access the payments page.
To do this go to www.java.com . On the left hand side of the screen you will see a big arrow with free download written. Follow the online download instructions. This should rectify the problem for you.
