Simons diet is made of High Protein, around 500g daily spread over 6 meals. He uses Liquid Egg Whites as his main source of Protein in the Morning and evening as he finds it easy to digest and makes it able for him to fit in all of his Protein intake. Simon just mixes it in with oatmeal in the morning upon rising and again just before bed.
Simon also use Protein Powders and Multi Vitamins etc.... as these are also essential for muscle growth and an altogether well being.
