| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard, Switch & Amex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always try to contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. We will send alternative products to you in the event that we are out of stock of the ordered goods. Please indicate if you do not want any alternative products in the additional information boxes. A minimum order of £20.00 (on food) is required if purchasing refrigerated or frozen items for courier service, this is due to the cost of the specialist packaging to send them in. Additional Pesach info. 1) You can place your order for delivery or for collection. We will do our best to get the goods to you on the day that you want them, but please don't ask for the exact time as we may struggle to be that punctual! 2) Due to the nature of the business all goods are subject to availability, so please place your orders early to avoid disappointment. Orders are processed on a first come first served basis, we will not make up an order for next day delivery before all the other orders have been processed. We will send your orders out as soon as we can, however we are not sending out orders until 2 weeks before Pesach. This is becasue we want to guarantee as many products will be in the order as possible, and some of the goods do not arrive until then, IF however all the goods are available we may dispatch the order earlier, we will of course notify you if this is the case. We guarantee any fresh products that are sent out, however we can not guarantee the condition of FROZEN when we are using the courier service, so we recommend that you don't order frozen goods. ICE CREAM will not be sent out via a courier even if you order it! Certain cheese products and yogurts have a short shelf life and will not be arriving into us until the last minute. We will try to make those products obvious to you so that you can decide whether to order an alternative. We reserve the right to put alternative goods on to the order, if you do not want us to do this please say so. 3) The last day to place orders is by Noon on Tuesday 12th March 4) Maximum no of Matzo's for couriered delivery is 18 packets per order which is one full box. 5) For Couriered deliveries we will have to charge an extra £10 for orders containing more than £100 this is because a lot of the goods are quite bulky and push the costs of transport up. So couriered deliveries will cost £10 for orders upto £100 and £20 for orders over £100. (£15 and £25 for before 12 deliveries) 6) Goods delivered on our vans outside of Manchester, will have a £5 delivery charge. All products have a recognised Hechsher unless stated All prices were correct at the time of going out, however sometimes the odd price changes from the original price due to mistakes from the wholesalers! so we reserve the right to adjust prices if necessary. |

| Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 2-3 business days . However it may be quicker! Orders received in the morning can be shipped later that day and if couriered to you would arrive the next day, but we prefer to not rush the order so that we can make sure it is right. Passover orders will be shipped when ready. The term "Next day delivery" means that it will arrive the day after we send it out, not necessarily the day after you put the order in. The delivery charge is for the delivery of the goods not for the processing of it. |
| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added to any items that carry the tax i.e alcohol, sweets, crisps etc. However most food products are VAT exempt. All other orders are VAT free. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We only hold your card details until the payment has been made, they are then deleted from our system to ensure that they are secure. They are not held in clear text on any web site. When confirming the terms and conditions you agree that we are able to keep your details until the time of payment which will be made manually as there may be adjustments in the bill and we do not want to over charge you. |
